Abstract  The reaction between silane coupling agent/SiO_2 and epoxy resin withoutcuring agents has been studied by means of FT-IR and XPS.Bothr-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(r-APS)and r-sulfhydrylpropyltrimethoxysilane(r-SPS)on SiO_2 can react with epoxy resin.Howev
