ER5356焊丝中Sc、Zr、Er对7A52铝合金焊接性能的影响*

摘要: 使用传统ER5356焊丝及添加Sc、Zr、Er的ER5356焊丝对7A52铝合金进行钨电极惰性气体保护焊, 研究了Sc、Zr、Er对焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明, 在ER5356焊丝中添加Sc、Zr、Er可有效细化焊缝处的组织, 提高焊接接头的强度。单独添加Sc的焊丝效果最好, 焊接接头的抗拉强度可达322.5 MPa, 是母材强度的70.4%。

Abstract:7A52 aluminum alloy was welded using traditional ER5356 welding wire and 5356 welding wire containing Sc、Zr、Er with the method of TIG welding. The effects of Sc, Zr and Er on Mechanical properties of welded joint were investigated. The results show that the additions of Sc, Zr and Er in ER5356 welding wire resulted in the finer grains significantly and increase of the strength of the welded joint. The best effect was achieved with the addition of Sc independently. The tensile strength of welded joints is 322.5 MPa, and the strength coefficient of welded joints is 70.4% of base material.
