硬状态钢喷丸影响层组织强化的表征

摘要: 淬火和低温回火处理使弹簧钢60Mn的屈服强度大幅度提高, 但是其喷丸影响层的显微硬度和X射线衍射线的半高宽却显著减小. 这一结果说明用显微硬度和X射线衍射线半高宽表征硬状态钢的组织强化可能给出错误的信息.
