预处理对碳钢大气腐蚀的影响

摘要: 通过检测具有不同初期腐蚀产物的A3钢、16Mn钢和20#钢挂片在大气腐蚀曝晒站进行曝晒后的增重,研究表面初期污染与初始腐蚀状态对后期腐蚀动力学的影响. 结果表明,在预腐蚀过程中不同污染预处理的碳钢增重速率有少量差别,在曝晒的初期,不同预腐蚀处理对加速腐蚀的作用明显不同,曝晒一定时间后,腐蚀速度与规律趋于一致,三种碳钢的腐蚀随时间的发展均有减缓的趋势,预腐蚀处理对三种碳钢的后期腐蚀性能影响很小. Mn对碳钢的腐蚀有一定的减缓作用,而C加速碳钢的腐蚀.
