原位沉析法组装仿生层状空心壳聚糖髓内钉

摘要: 用原位沉析法组装了仿生层状空心结构的壳聚糖髓内钉, 其材壁具有层层叠加结构.在外径相同的情况下, 髓内钉的内径与外径之比随着沉析时间的增加而减小.壳聚糖髓内钉特殊的层叠结构和干燥过程中发生的自增强过程使其具有优异的力学性能,其弯曲强度高达119.5 MPa, 弯曲模量为3.6 GPa, 大大超过松质骨接近皮质骨.
