摘要: 研究了应变量、温度及测试技术对3Y-TZP陶瓷超塑性应变速率敏感性指数m的影响结果表明在1723~1823时,m值保持恒定;真应变在0.5至对应于最大真应力的应变(~1.0)范围内,m值基本不变;增速法和减速法测得的m值略高于斜率法XPS及高分辨透射电镜分析指出:试样不含第二相,表明晶界玻璃相不是陶瓷超塑性的先决条件
