摘要: 根据层错能的热力学模型,计算了三种Fe-Mn-Si 合金的内禀层错能。计算结果表明,随着Si 含量增加Fe-Mn-Si 合金的层错能降低。在此基础上讨论了Si 含量对Fe-Mn-Si 合金形状记忆效应的影响。
