摘要: 研究了乙酸丙酮[HAcAc]改性的Pb-Ti系统的溶胶凝胶过程.实验表明由于乙酰丙酮的改性作用,反应生成PTAAPbTi(ACAc)2(ORe)4,水解后形成二聚体,不会进一步缩聚而凝胶。因此是稳定的溶胶前驱体。由此溶胶得到的薄膜在600℃即形成完全晶化的钛酸铅薄膜.
