摘要: 根据非等温差热分析(DTA)实验和Bansal等提出的结晶动力学参数计算方法,计算了BAS凝胶玻璃的结晶激活能、频率因子和Avrami指数,分析了两种BAS凝胶玻璃的非等温结晶过程.经过适当的积分变换,由修正的JMA方程导出了两种BSA凝胶玻璃的结晶动力学方程.并由此计算了非等温结晶过程中晶相体积分数.结果表明:BAS凝胶玻璃由于有大量内表面积和残留OH基,成核容易,在不加形核剂的情况下仍呈现整体结晶特性,结晶快.可以获得晶粒尺寸约为0.5μm的BSA玻璃陶瓷,当BaO含量减少,SiO2含量增加时,结晶速度趋缓.计算的晶相体积分数和由差热曲线上峰区面积比值确定的晶相体积分数较接近.
