摘要: 本文以单向拉伸法研究了超高分子量聚乙烯、热致型液晶、聚HDU、聚EUHD 等纤维和薄膜的抗张强度同成型工艺、测试条件和其起始分子量分布等之间的相关性。验证了从自增强高聚物抗张强度动力学理论所导出的有关抗张强度与成型工艺参数,测试条件、纤维直径和长径比以及起始分子量分布的关系式。结果表明,理论具有很好的预测能力。
