Abstract The effect of long-term aging on the microstructure of γ/γ'-αMo in-situ composite at 750,850 and 950℃ for 1000h has been studied.During750℃ aging,metastable Ni_3Mo and Ni_2Mo phases as well as Ni_3Mo phasehave been found.850℃ aging accelerates the process
