摘要: 用静态坩埚法研究了煤熔渣对几种Al_2O_3-Cr_2O_3耐火材料的侵蚀性。Cr_2O_3均布的试样中煤熔渣很快渗透,吸渣量较大,使工作带的铬刚玉晶粒在液相中散开;而基质中富Cr_2O_3的试样吸渣量少,在渣-耐火材料界面形成β-Al_2O_3和CaO·6Al_2O_3密集层,有助于减小渣渗透和保持材料工作面基体的基本完整,其中含锆硅质玻璃相的试样即使Cr_2O_3含量较低,也保持最小的吸渣量和渗透深度。
