摘要: 用金属有机物热分解法(MOD法)制备了含镧PLT薄膜,用Z-scan技术测试其非线性光学性能.结果表明:低镧(≤25%,摩尔百分数)的PLT薄膜下显示非线性光学效应;高镧的PLT薄膜非线性光学效应较强.PLT30薄膜的非线性折射率高达0.3μesu(静电单位).
