四脚状氧化锌晶须增强聚丙烯复合材料

摘要: 研究了四脚状氧化锌晶须用量、表面处理剂对其聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能、流变行为、耐热性等影响. 结果表明: 晶须用量为10\%, 硅烷偶联剂KH--570用量为0.5\%时,复合材料的拉伸强度提高到118.6%, 弯曲强度提高到118.3%. 红外光谱分析:经偶联剂处理后的晶须表面出现了羰基、C--O--C、Si--O等基团. SEM分析表明:复合材料的断裂界面明显得到改善. T--ZnOw}/PP复合材料的非牛顿指数大于纯PP而更趋于牛顿性流体,体系的流动性和加工性得到明显改善.
