摘要: 根据四步编织法的纱线运动规律及实验观察,结合纱线截面的挤压变形,提出了用数值元分离连续纱线确定其空间形态的方法.借助VC++及SolidWorks软件的参数化图形建模特点,建立了能模拟各种编织参数预制体孔隙实体,计算孔隙体积及其表面积的软件系统.对编织角为25°和35°,主体纱数为2×4和3×3,纤维体积分数为30%和40%的预制体孔隙进行了模拟和计算.结果表明,在其它参数不变的情况下,随着编织角或纤维体积分数的增大,纱线间孔隙的总体积和表面积减小,单位体积表面积增加;预制体孔隙模拟值与体积理论值的相对误差低于5%.孔隙模拟实体清晰地反映了一个组织循环内孔隙的分布和形状随参数变化而改变的形貌.
