摘要: 研究了用静电喷雾高温分解(ESP)工艺制备的SnO2-MnO薄膜在氢气氛下电阻的变化结果表明它的电阻较高,对此亦有较高的灵敏度;这种特性与MnO添加剂有密切关系

Abstract:SnO_2-MnO film were fabricated by electrostatic spray pyrolysis(ESP). The change in resistance of these film upon exposed to H2 gas in air have been measured. The results shown that the film has higher resistance in air and higher sensitivity to H2 gas. T
