摘要: 沿a,b 轴生长了LaMgAl_(11)O_(19)单晶,用X 射线和光学方法测定了各显露面的密勒指数,利用Hartman-Perdok 的PBC 理论,计算了几个重要显露面的吸附能,根据吸附能的大小判断了显露顺序,理论结果与实验相符。
