摘要: 采用扫描电镜和塑化仪,研究了PVC 糊树脂次级粒子的形态及PVC 糊的凝胶化过程。结果表明,PVC 糊树脂次级粒子可按聚结的紧密程度分为紧密型和松散型。这两种类型糊树脂的凝胶化温度和凝胶化曲线形状有显著差别。糊树脂颗粒形态对凝胶化过程的影响,有可能比聚合度的影响更大,而成为决定性的因素。
