Abstract  In the present paper, ACRT is applied to the Bridgman growth of Cd0.96Zn0.04Te,The effects of ACRT on the Zn segregation in the Cd0.96Zn0.04Te are studied by comparing with standard Bridgman. The distribution of grains and the segregation of Zn in Cd0.96Z
