摘要: 采用金合金、钴铬合金、镍铬合金等三种牙科合金浸提液与L929细胞联合培养, 使用流式细胞仪检测浸提液对细胞的增殖与凋亡的影响, 比较三种合金的生物相容性。结果表明: 金合金对细胞增殖的影响很小, 不易引起细胞凋亡, 细胞毒性小, 表明其生物相容性优良; 镍铬合金对细胞增殖的影响较大, 易引起细胞凋亡, 细胞毒性较大, 表明其生物相容性差; 钴铬合金的情况介于二者之间, 也具有较好的生物相容性。
Abstract: The L929 cells of mouse were treated in vitro with leaching liquids of 3 dental alloys (a gold alloy, a cobalt-chromium alloy and a nickel-chromium alloy) .The effects of the leaching liquids on proliferation and apoptosis of L929 cells were examined by flow cytometry to evaluate the biocompatibilities of 3 dental alloys. Results show that the gold alloy has little effect on the proliferation and apoptosis of the cells, with less cytotoxicity, demonstrated its biocompatibility is excellent; the nickel-chromium alloy has greater impact on the proliferation and is likely to induce apoptosis, with great cytotoxicity and poor biocompatibility; and the performance of the cobalt-chromium alloy is in the middle of above two alloys, and its biocompatibility is good as well.
