新型SiC复合陶瓷的耐冲蚀性能

摘要: 研究了新型SiC复合陶瓷的冲蚀行为,并与45碳钢、铸钢和Al2O3陶瓷进行了比较.结果表明:45碳钢、铸钢和冲蚀率大都在0.13~0.26 mg/g范围内随着攻角变化,最大值分别出现在15°、30°、90°攻角,具有典型韧、脆性材料的特点;新型SiC复合陶瓷的抗冲蚀性能优越,特别是其冲蚀率几乎不随攻角变化(冲蚀率大约为0.025 mg/g,速度影响因子为1.3~1.8).新型SiC复合陶瓷中软硬相的有效配合、凹凸不平的损伤表面、多粒度的多晶型SiC紧密结合和细小SiC颗粒的弥散强化对其优异抗冲蚀性能均起着重要的作用.
