摘要: 用Y_2O_3、BaCO_3和CuO 为原料,按Y∶Ba∶Cu=1∶2∶3配比,故体组成应是YBa_2Cu_3O_(6.5+x),此外x 值为除原料引入的氧之外的氧量,它是可以被酸释放出的氧(称之为“酸可释氧”),是决定材料超导性的主要因素。本文研究了在制备过程中烧结时氧压对x 值的影响,实验表明,x 约≥0.37的样品才有液氮温度超导,通氧和加高氧压可使x 值达0.37—0.46,x 随氧压增大而增加,直到1000kPa 时达0.46,材料的零电阻温度为91.5K。
