摘要: 实验考察了强制条件下Al-Si 共晶相间距对生长速度突变的响应。实验表明这种响应是滞后和连续的,响应机制是共晶Si 相的“成簇分枝”延伸和终止,响应过程由液相组分扩散和共晶相晶体学各向异性效应决定。实验证明了共晶稳态生长位置的唯一性。相应的理论分析引入一个描述共晶相晶体学各向异性效应的参量。计算结果同实验测量相吻合。
