The curves (a~j and k~l) are respectively from same silk samples. The curves (b, d, f, h, j and l) are true stress-true strain curves corresponding to the force-displacement curves (a, c, e, g, i and k). There is 5 min interval between each stretching. There was significant difference in the original length (L0) of silk samples before stretching between the two groups for Fig.c, d, g, h and i, j (P < 0.05), and the other differences were all not significant (P > 0.05)
